New career opportunities

Primary Health Tasmania is seeking the following new team members:

• a health program coordinator to work in our practice improvement team, engaging with general practice and other primary healthcare providers. This full-time role is based in Hobart, and applications close on 26 June
• a palliative care project officer to provide training in advance care planning and undertake other activities relating to end-of-life care. This 0.5 full-time equivalent role is based in Palliative Care Tasmania’s Hobart office, and applications close on 30 June
• a health service design manager to work in our commissioning team, leading the design of contemporary healthcare services. This full-time role can be based in Hobart, Launceston or Ulverstone, and applications close on 3 July
• a training support officer to help GPs and other clinicians embed the mental health Initial Assessment and Referral (IAR) tool in a clinical practice. This 0.8 full-time equivalent role can be based in Hobart, Launceston or Ulverstone, and applications close on 3 July.
