We are seeking applications for the following position:

• Lead – Integrated Health Care (Priority Populations). Guide a team of staff in finding better ways to deliver care and improve access to primary health care for priority population groups in Tasmania. This full-time, ongoing position can be based in your choice of location, Hobart, Launceston or Ulverstone. Applications close Monday 16 February.
