Expressions of interest for the delivery of primary health care for refugees now open

Primary Health Tasmania is seeking expressions of interest (EOIs) for the delivery of primary health care services for newly-arrived humanitarian entrants in the north and south of Tasmania. 

Applications close at 2pm on Friday 13 October

Services will aim to deliver:

  • safe and appropriate primary health care services for newly arrived humanitarian entrants during their initial settlement period within Tasmania
  • immunisation to Australian standards to newly arrived humanitarian entrants
  • coordination of care with social, community, hospital and specialist medical services identified as needed after assessment. 

Successful applicants will be funded from February 2018 to 30 June 2019.
