Posted on October 25, 2019

Primary Health Tasmania has opened two new tenders.

Full details of these tenders are available on our eTender portal. All inquiries about the tenders should be made through the portal.

Strength2Strength exercise treatment program (north west)

Primary Health Tasmania invites suitably qualified organisations to submit a proposal to deliver the Strength2Strength exercise treatment program in north west Tasmania.

This program aims to improve activity levels and quality of life for older people who have – or are at risk of – chronic health conditions. Eligible participants will be 60 years and over, or Aboriginal people aged 45 and over.

The Australian Government announced north west funding for Strength2Strength earlier this year. The program is due to commence early in 2020.

Submissions close on Friday 15 November at 2 pm (Tasmanian time).

Primary Health Tasmania is working with Procurement Australia to establish a panel of consultants to provide advice in a range of areas, and is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced consulting firms.

The companies may be located in Tasmania or interstate, and successful applicants may be used for short, medium or long-term projects.

This tender comprises the following categories. Respondents have the discretion to tender for one or more categories:

  • market and data analysis
  • literature review
  • community and consumer engagement
  • service and program evaluation
  • education and training development
  • system improvement and reform.

Tender closes on Friday 15 November at 3 pm (Tasmanian time).
