We are one of 31 primary health networks (PHNs) under the Australian Government’s Primary Health Networks program.

We operate statewide, with offices in:

  • Hobart
  • Launceston
  • Ulverstone.

We care about a coordinated, primary care-focused health system delivering the right care in the right place at the right time by the right people.
