Latest health needs assessment report

Primary Health Tasmania’s latest health needs assessment report (for 2022-25) is now available.

Developed by our data team – including public health physicians, epidemiologists, researchers and statisticians – the report provides a snapshot of Tasmanian health trends by noting areas of improvement, as well as those that continue to pose a challenge to the wellbeing of local populations.

We use this report in a range ways, including to help inform the primary healthcare services we commission to support local communities.
