Have your say: Alcohol and other drug services and support

Posted on January 24, 2023

Primary Health Tasmania and the Tasmanian Government are undertaking consultation between January and March this year to guide improvements to government-funded alcohol and other drug services, support and education.

The consultation relates to:

  • a new Tasmanian Drug Strategy (Tasmanian Government; public consultation)
  • next steps in implementing the Alcohol and other Drugs Reform Agenda (Tasmanian Government; consulting the alcohol and other drugs treatment sector)
  • the commissioning of alcohol and other drug services funded by the Australian Government (Primary Health Tasmania, consulting our commissioned alcohol and other drug treatment services and Aboriginal community controlled health organisations).
