We are seeking applications for the position of Primary Health Practice Improvement Partner.

This position involves working with primary health practices to drive change and quality improvement. It can be either full time or 0.8 FTE (by negotiation), and can be based in Hobart, Launceston or Ulverstone.

Not-for-profit salary packaging applies, and hybrid working options (blend of working from the office and home) are available after a probationary period.
