New resource: Snapshot of priority populations

We have produced a new resource giving an overview of health data and information related to priority population groups.

Our Snapshot of Priority Populations in Tasmania has a page of health data and information on each of the following groups of people, who sometimes have different health needs to the rest of the population:

• older people
• Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people
• people from culturally and linguistically diverse communities
• LGBTIQA+ people
• people who are homeless
• people living with a disability.
