We are seeking applications for the following positions: 

• Manager – Digital Transformation. Make a significant impact on the digital future of healthcare in Tasmania – Drive digital health capability, innovation and transformation. This full-time, ongoing position can be based in Hobart, Launceston or Ulverstone. Applications close on Sunday 7 September.
• Primary Health Consultant – Practice Improvement. Partner with general practice, allied health and pharmacy supporting quality improvement and change initiatives. This full-time, ongoing position is based in Launceston. Applications close on Sunday 7 September.
• Lead – Practice Improvement (two positions). Work at the core of Tasmania’s primary care system, making a real impact improving general practice and primary care sustainability. These newly created, full-time, ongoing positions are based in your choice of Ulverstone, Launceston or Hobart. Applications close on Monday 8 September.

All of these positions attract not-for-profit salary packaging. Hybrid working options (blend of working from the office and home) are available after a probationary period.
