Palliative Care State Conference
Palliative Care Tasmania is hosting the 2019 Tasmanian Palliative Care Conference on 14-15 November at Wrest Point Convention Centre in Hobart. This event will bring together the leaders in palliative care from across the State and nationally, for a two-day discussion on the future of the sector and how we can work together to ensure the best possible services for all Tasmanians with a life-limiting illness.
