This workshop provides an understanding of the disadvantages that shapes community and individual behaviours and affects life opportunities.

Facilitator Nairn Walker will present on why clients often behave the way they do; how economic class affects behaviours and mindsets; the importance of mutual exchange; and the impact of language registers and discourse patters.

Nairn will also share both practical and strategic ways of optimising outcomes with individuals and families.
