This event is aimed at general practice (GPs, Practice Nurses and Practice Managers). Dinner will be provided while Primary Health Tasmania and the Tasmanian Government Outpatient Transformation Team provide updates, information and a chance for discussion on key national and state digital health initiatives including :
- The state of Digital Health in Tasmania overview
- My Health Record (MHR) – documents and my health app overview
- Electronic Prescribing and eRequesting
- the Tasmanian Government Outpatient Transformation Program update
During each session, attendees will receive key updates and information about these tools, the PHT Digital Health Strategy and a demonstration of consumer mobile application, my health, powered by My Health Record.
There will be opportunities to network allowing attendees to ask questions and connect with peers and key representatives from Primary Health Tasmania and the Tasmanian Department of Health.
