Kidney Health Australia’s Education Program, supported by Primary Health Tasmania, is pleased to present an interactive case study based workshop with Dr Matthew Jose.
Dr Matthew Jose is a Consultant Nephrologist at the Royal Hobart Hospital and Professor of Medicine, University of Tasmania.

|· Describe the elements of the assessment for Chronic Kidney Disease (Kidney Health Check)|
|· Define the treatment options to delay progression of kidney disease|
