• Evidence on effectiveness of PrEP
• Potential problems with PrEP
• How to guide delivering PrEP in clinical practice
• Starting in setting of recent HIV exposure
• Indeterminate HIV tests during PrEP use
• HIV seroconversion during PrEP use
• Declining eGFR or urine protein during PrEP use
• PrEP for adolescents
