Afternoon session: 1.00pm to 4.30pm
for practice managers, practice nurses and administrative staff
1.  Use digital health as an enabler for practice improvements (My Health Record enablement including results management, medicines view and consumer privacy controls).
2.  Identify ways to ensure compliance with standards for essential demographic and clinical data entry (Top Bar, CAT4, data quality).
3.  Design a systematic approach to quality improvements in preparation for the PIP QI.
4.  Use PRODA/HPOS to manage digital health administration processes.
5.  Configure Best Practice and Medical Director clinical software for use with My Health Record (including processes to improve success of IHI import).
6.  Discuss tools for measuring Shared Health Summary uploads.
