Primary Health Tasmania and NPS MedicineWise are partnering to deliver a one-hour educational webinar for health professionals, including GPs, pharmacists and nurses. This webinar aims to promote the efficacious and safe use of medicines with anticholinergic effects. This case-based educational activity will focus on the local key issues in Tasmania and will be designed to promote collaboration and communication between health professionals

– Describe the adverse health outcomes associated with anticholinergic medication
– Explain the approaches available to assess anticholinergic burden
– Outline the key features of a person-centred approach to reviewing anticholinergics
