Grant opportunity: Community small grants for healthy ageing

Posted on March 4, 2026

Primary Health Tasmania is offering eligible organisations the opportunity to apply for a grant of up to $75,000 to support activities that help older Tasmanians aged over 60 and Aboriginal people aged over 45, to age healthily while living in the community.

These small grants are designed to help expand the range and accessibility of healthy ageing activities within the community, informed by local contexts and innovative approaches.

The program also encourages organisations to work together and strengthen connections across services to better support older people. This small grants program is part of Primary Health Tasmania’s Australian Government-funded initiative to support healthy ageing.
